About the owner
Nityanand (Nitya) Rao
I started my career as a Quality Engineer in an engine manufacturing plant in 1993. Since then, over the 30 years, I have worked in Aerospace, Trucking and Trailer manufacturing, worked in large public corporation as well as in small privately owned company. I have led global procurement teams, multi-site operations and driven lasting change as an organization and an operation.
My aim is to leverage my experience and learnings to passionately serve small companies in addressing their problems and help them get better and bigger.
Our Story
LeanChain was founded in January 2025 by Nityanand Rao with the aim to serve small businesses in becoming more operationally efficient, improving their supply chain to achieve cost reduction, superior performance and enable these companies to better fulfill their customer's needs.
